863 National High-tech Project (LNG Automobile Filling Station)

The LNG Automobile Refueling Station, as a research subject of National Research Project 863, independently developed and repeatedly removed by ZF Special Equipment Co., Ltd. consists of a skid assembly and activity control chamber and the whole equipment is highly integrated, occupies small floor space and is movable. After reaching the ground, it is ready for use and easy to operate. The adoption of winding high vacuum insulation tank improves the storage volume, cycle and refueling capacity of the storage tank to the maximum extent.

2 Advantage of Skid-mounted LNG Refueling Stations
The undertaker of the Mobile LNG Skid-mounted Refueling Station R&D as a major energy saving and new energy automobile research program in modern transportation field of the National Research Project 863 of the “Eleventh Five year Plan”. Our Company, with technical predominance in years of LNG Automobile Refueling Station R&D, succeed in undertaking this research task. The Company has wide cooperation with scientific research institutions such as Lanzhou University of Technology, giving full play to the predominance of all, and successfully developed the Mobile LNG Skid-mounted Refueling Station in 2009 and smoothly put it into use by the customers and the system operation proves good.

2 The compiler of the Specifications for Mobile LNG Skid-mounted Refueling Station
The Company and Shanghai Jiaotong University and Xingjiang Guanhui jointly drafted the Enterprise Product Standard: Technical Specifications for Skid-mounted LNG Automobile Refueling Station Q320582FR5-2009, which passed the review of the Expert Checkup Meeting organized by China Chemical Equipment Association in Beijing on June 23, 2009 and was put on record as enterprise product standard at Suzhou Municipal Zhangjiagang Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in June 2009 and at the same time obtained No.320582751421981 Jiangsu Province Enterprise Product Standards Implementation Certificate.


2 Supervision and inspection predominance concering Mobile LNG Skid-mounted Refueling Station At present, our company is the sole domestic company thay not only has obtained manufacturing license for the skid-mounted refueling station’s special equipment (pressure piping components assembiles) but also possesses executable product standards and is also the sole refueling station that passes the supervision and inspection by the Special Inspection Institute. With the whole pipeline fabricated within the company and the with pipeline of the refueling station totally having undergone DNT, the safety in using the product is ensured.	2 ZF Company’s LNG refueling station enjoys stable performance Such core components as the cryogentic liquid submerged pump and the mass flowmeter of ZF Company’s LNG refueling station are imported and are undoubtedly of the best performance in the world, which ensures fairly stable overall performance. In addition, the Company has also indenpendly designed such components as the dust cover of LNG refueling gun and can provide optimum technical solutions and advanced secure service according to various working conditions of domestic LNG automobiles.	2 ZF Company’s LNG refueling station secure service The vacuum pipeline and cryogenic valves used for the Company’s LNG refueling station are all manufactured by ZF Company under the license, and for the production of cryogenic valves, the advanced managerial experience, technique as well as technical process from the worldly advanced valve maufacturer, the Co-Prosperity Valve Industry Co,. Ltd. of Japan, are adopted. ZF constantly improves the product quality, optimizes product structural performance and ensures the quality of all the accessory products as well as after-sale aervice.
