2 Emergency Peak Regulation Gaslification Station The major function of LNG emergency peak regulation gasification station to regulate the peak of uban natural gas pipe network. At the peak time of the natural gas consumption, when the pressure of the pipe network becomes low, the peak regulation station will supplement gasified LNG to the pipe network. Besides, the LNG emergency peak regulation gasification station can also serve as the emergency gas supply in case of the failure of pipeline gas supply. Generally, the LNG emergency peak regulation gasification station has rrelatively larger storage and gasification capacity and the corresponding technological process and equipment lectotype are also more complicated than LNG satellite stations. |
2 LNG Satellite Stations and Industrial Enterprise Gasification Stations The LNG satellite station is equivalent to the LNG receiving gasification station and is applicable to the medium and small towns where the gas pipeline cannot reach. By means of the LNG cryogenic tank car, the LNG is delivered to the LNG satellite station where the tank car鈥檚 storage bank is pressurized by the exculisve use horizontal unloading pressurizer on the unloading platform and the LNG is sent to the cryogenic storage of the satellite station by the differential pressure. Under the working condition, the LNG in the storage tank is pressurized to 0.5锝0.6 Mpa by the storage tank pressurizer and then the pressurized cryogenic LNG enters the air temperature gasifier and, after the heat exchanging with the air, changes into gas state and its temperature rises. Finally, after pressure regulating, measuring and odorizing, it enters urban gas distribution pipe network.
The process flow of the industrial enterprise gasification station is similar to that of the LNG satellite station. The LNG is stored in the tank and, by means of the LNG cryogenic tank car, is delivered to the enterprise鈥檚 LNG gasification station, where the tank car鈥檚 storage bank is presurrized by the exclusive use horizontal unloading pressurizer on the unloading platform and the LNG is sent to the cryogenic storage tank of the satellite station by the differential pressure. Under the working condition, the LNG in the storage tank is presurized to 0.5锝0.6Mpa by the storage tank pressurizer and then the pressurized cryogenic LNG enters the air temperature gasifier and, after the heat exchanging with the air, changes into gas state and its temperature rises. Finally, after pressure regulating, measuring skid pressure regulating, measuring and odorizing, it is sent to the LNG pipeline of the enterprise.
