2 Solution for Transportable 50,000Nm3/day LNG Plant
The sample of modularized designs (integrated feed and refrigeration compressor module with gas engine driven), can absorb coal based gas and liquefy them to LNG as the solution for domestic 80-1000000tons coking plant to achieve low carbon economy.

2 100 000 Nm3/Day Modularized LNG Plant
Process modules are amine deacidification pry, pry molecular sieve dehydration, ammonia precooking pry, pry and mixed refrigeration cold box, air cooler arranged in the top of the skid block structure of the device more compact layout, the area is smaller.

2 300 000 Nm3/Day Modularized LNG Plant

Advantages of Small Skid-mounted Liquefaction Device

       
 

2 The majority of the liquefaction devices used by liquefaction factories can be supplied in the form of skid-mounted/module, with the device, pipeline, valves and electrical instrument components being prefabricated, mounted into skid-mounted/module and completed with insulation, coating and testing. The module-type manufacturing on the traditional job site makes it possible to effect quality and logistics control over the labor-intensive part of production operations under the controlled environment. And the skid block design facilities the transportation and is also convenient for the replacement in case of using different LNG supplies.
2 Small-scale natural gas liquefaction plant installations adopt ECASCADE natural gas liquefaction process, where with the simplified overlay refrigeration cycle, the energy consumption is much lower than in the expander process, while the maintenance of the expansion machine maintenance is saved. The advantage of this process lies in its cooling system. As a relatively small number of process devices run at low temperatures, 3 to 4 hours after the hot start, the balance can be reached quickly, and 1 to 2 hours after the cold start, the equilibrium is achieved. Through a series of device design plus imported equipment of stable performance, the process reliability has been greatly improved, and in the specified environmental conditions, reliable operation can be effected.
