2 Applications
The Sanji CNG compressor is serial of products that specially researched and developed for the national CNG vehicle refueling station, including 2D4 series, 2D8series, RDSD series, compressors of CNG mother-station, son-station all adopt reciprocating piston structure, with a gas supply capacity from 300Nm3/h to 4000Nm3/h. Modular design makes it capable of deriving various models with different combination of cylinders, which covers the suction pressure from 0MPa to 20MPa, CNG son-station, mother-station compressors adopt air cooling or mixed cooling, which satisfy application in the various CNG standard refueling station, mother station and secondary station. The various series CNG compressors are all in complete set, assemblage and commissioning are all done in the manufacturing plant, which are integral skid-mounted, highly integrated, equipped with attractive sound insulation tank for exclusive use and can be installed outdoor, it is little-space occupying, simple foundation, easy to install and investment-saving and quick to be put into production. The compressor passed design verification of product series in 2001. In 2002 it is listed by the State Ministry of Science and Technology as “The State Important New Products Plan”.

2 Unit Reliability :
The design of the driving parts of the loading surface is low pressure-value, so it is reliable and long service life.
Few oil lubricating of the cylinder, equipped with highly efficient oil filter at each stage.
Complete packaged unit are integral skid-mounted, attractive in appearance and easy in installation.
Low flow speed of the gas flow, discharge buffer is provided at outlet at each stage, great-performance gas valve assure good cylinder working condition.
Sound insulation enclosure with special design reduces the noise of the unit.
Visualized intelligent control system assure convenient operation and safe and reliable control.
